The National Agency for Research and Development (ANID) seeks to promote innovative entrepreneurship among Chilean students through this contest, encouraging the valorization of scientific and technological research in Chilean higher education institutions.
To this end, it seeks to train students and graduates to create new ventures, businesses or companies based on research conducted during their undergraduate and graduate studies.
The Vice-Rectory for Research and Graduate Studies of the Universidad de La Frontera, through its Directorate of Innovation and Technology Transfer, offers advice and technology transfer strategies for scientific-technological entrepreneurship (EBCT) UFRO.
Its objective is to promote the application of undergraduate and graduate students to internal and external funding, providing support in the formulation of projects to mature their initiatives.
